The level of healthcare awareness in India is on the rise. The advent of new technologies in the medical field such as robotic surgery, laproscopy, laser eye correction surgery, and many more have vastly improved the level of patient care. The introduction of these technologies has always been accompanied by dedicated efforts from the medical community to popularize these treatments by patient awareness programs.

The dental field too is not far behind with CAD-CAM, CBCT, BPS dentures and Digital Smile Design, taking dentistry to a new level. However, due to the lack of patient awareness, the acceptance of these treatments is slow. For any one dentist to undertake such patient awareness programs is prohibitively expensive!

There are also some other factors such as the large initial investment by the dentist in terms of money to go abroad and train in these technologies as well as the investment in equipment and materials.

Hence was born the idea of Global Protect Dental Private Limited’s Franchise program. This is more than just a training program, it is a complete package.

Our franchise program aims at doing three things-

	Provide training in world class treatments to dentists in India itself. We have a hands-on course with Dr. Christian Coachman in Goa this September to provide training in DSD.
	Provide continuous support to the dentist. After getting trained in a new technology, dentists would like to have continuous support from their trainer, particularly for difficult cases. With our centralized communications concept, all of our 100 dentists can avail of this continuous support from experts in the field.
	Patient education and awareness. This is perhaps the most important thing we do. We undertake patient education and outreach programs to inform the Indian public about the DSD/ABCD technology, motivating them to seek these treatments.
